Everyone who is 18 years of age or older and wishes to enter a room and participate MUST SIGN a waiver before enjoying one of our escape rooms.

If participant is under 18 years of age, then their PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST SIGN for under age participant. The waiver must contain the parent/guardian name, email, date of birth, and then add each of their minors' name to their waiver even if guardian is not participating.  If the parent or guardian is not going to be present at Xcape Room Fresno, then we ask that this waiver be signed by participant's parent or guardian before the under age participant arrives.  Otherwise, he or she may not be able to participate even if others in the group are 18 years of age or older.
